AI that does the work. And proves what it earned.

AI is easy to buy and hard to make pay. We complete the systems your business runs on, put AI workers to work across them, and measure the return in your own numbers. Your staff keep the work that needs them. What we build is yours, and you pay from go-live.

AI at every layer of your business. Shaped to yours.

AI pays back when it works at all three layers at once: the decisions leadership makes, the operation that runs every day, and the thousands of tasks in between. We bring the full stack, and our Software Factory shapes each layer to the way your business works.

Strategic
Set the long-term goals. See every initiative against them.Your three-to-five-year goals, the projects that carry them, and how each one is going. Leadership steers the whole portfolio in one place, and every operation reports its outcomes back up.

An operating system for your industry. Already built.

This is where the value lives. Each OS is a working system for one industry. For clinics, it's ClinicOS: the records, the rules and the workflows in one place, with AI automation built in. We shape it to how your clinic works and hand you the source. It pays its way before you hire a single AI worker.

An AI agent needs your work digitised first. We've already done it.

Most AI-agent companies have to send engineers into each client to map and digitise the work before their agent can do any of it. That layer is built by hand, and it usually stays theirs. Ours starts from an OS that has already digitised your industry, shaped to you on the Software Factory. The layer is yours, we keep it working, and the worker works on top.

Keep the systems you have. We fill the gaps.

Most operations already run on a few systems. We keep what works, fill the missing pieces with OS modules, and put Sam to work across all of them. Your staff take the high-value work and the exceptions, and supervise the workers. When demand spikes, or the season turns, you add workers, not overtime.

The worker does the job. Your system keeps the record.

Sam works inside the operating system your business already runs on, using only the functions its role allows. Every request it finishes lands in your records, under your rules, where Outcome can count it. When a person should decide, Sam hands over with the story.

Functions shown are ClinicOS modules today. Channels and links to your other systems are set up in each rollout. Sample requests, not client data.

Hire for the role. Not for the software.

Every AI worker is called Sam. You hire Sam for a role: front desk, clinic finance, claims, rostering, dispatch. Each role is priced monthly against what it costs you today. Hire for a busy season or for the year. Early access: the first workers go into new ClinicOS and TugOS rollouts.

Agree the number first. Then watch it move.

Before anything is built, we agree the outcomes this OS must deliver: lower cost per session, faster approvals, higher patient satisfaction. Outcome measures them from the records in your own system, and XI rolls them up into your longer-term goals. For three years after go-live, if the number slips, we fix it without asking why.

Built by our Software Factory. Owned by you.

We start from an operating system already built for your industry and shape it to how you work. Your people click through it before anything is built.

The source is yours

From day one, under a perpetual licence. Your own instance, not a shared one.

You pay from go-live

Not before. Changes to scope along the way cost you nothing.

No Questions

For three years after go-live, if the agreed number slips, we fix it.

Your learning stays yours

What Sam learns about your work stays in your system and can be exported.

Questions we get before the first build.

The offer

What is the Xamun Software Factory?

The platform we build everything with. It turns an agreed specification into a working system: AI agents generate most of the code in under a day, tests are written separately from the code that has to pass them, and a person approves every release. The rigour around the build is what takes the time: the specification, a prototype your people click through, independent testing and acceptance.

What is an OS in the OS Series?

A working system already built for one industry, with the records, the rules and the workflows in one place and AI automation inside. We start from the OS that fits and shape it to how you work, which is faster and less risky than a blank sheet. You get the source and your own instance.

Who is Sam?

Sam is the AI worker you hire for a role: front desk, clinic finance, claims, rostering, dispatch. Every AI worker is called Sam, and introduces itself as an AI assistant. Sam starts in Assist, preparing work for a person to approve, and earns autonomy one action at a time.

How is it priced?

The system you buy as a licence for your own instance, or priced per transaction on the unit your business is paid on. Sam is hired monthly per role, priced against what that role costs you today, for a season or for the year. You pay from go-live, not before.

Getting started

How fast can we go live?

Faster than most expect, because most of it is already built. On the Software Factory the build itself takes about a day. What takes longer is the part that makes it right for you: agreeing the specification, your people confirming a prototype, independent testing and acceptance. Starting from an OS that already fits your industry is the fastest route, and we agree the phases with you before we start.

Parts of our process live in different systems. Does that work?

Yes, and it's the usual case. We keep the systems that work, fill the missing pieces with OS modules, and connect the rest, so Sam can work across all of them. Every action still lands in records you own.

Who owns the system and the data?

You do. The source code is yours under a perpetual licence, in your own single-tenant instance. What the workers learn about your operation stays in your system and can be exported.

Does Sam replace my staff?

No. Sam takes the routine queue. Your staff take the high-value work and the exceptions, and supervise the workers. When demand spikes or the season turns, you add workers rather than overtime.

Compliance and trust

How do you handle compliance in the UAE, or in our country?

Each OS carries the rules of its market, cited to the source regulation and dated, so it's clear which version applied: RERA and DLD in Dubai real estate, UAE VAT and e-invoicing, AML and goAML, Abu Dhabi's Jawda indicators in healthcare. When an OS goes to a new country, that country's rules are added the same way. Client rollouts in the UAE run on UAE-compliant hosting and AI providers, in the UAE. Groups large enough to run their own GPUs can host the models themselves.

How do you make sure it stays compliant?

Rules are written into the system, cited and versioned, not left in someone's head. Regulated or irreversible actions stay in Assist, so a person approves them. Every action a worker takes is logged against the record. Tests are written independently of the code and run on every change. And for three years after go-live, if the agreed number slips, we fix it without asking why.

Does a caller know they're talking to AI?

Yes. Sam introduces itself as an AI assistant at the start of every call and message, and a person is one step away whenever the caller asks.

What can Sam never do on its own?

Clinical decisions, write-offs, legal notices, and anything else regulated or irreversible. Those stay in Assist: a person decides, every time.

Start with one operation, and one number.

Bring us the work that's holding you back. We agree the number with you, build the system, and staff it when you're ready.
